Jhong, that’s his name is suspected of being rabid. No vaccine of any kind was administered to him and his friends. Jhong was euthanized today. He was not responsive and had the signs and symptoms of being
rabid. He was suffering. Looking at him longer is painful. We were able to track his owner.We have his friends vaccinated after consulting our partner vets. Talked to owner about responsible pet ownership.
