A commendation is not enough! Just praying that the government will see the hard work of our animal welfare group,that soon they will also be an advocate.! How i wish u could also save these stray dogs in Panabo City... i have witnessed heartless tricycle drivers purposely running them over or hitting them.... my heart breaks for these strays as they cry for help...
